great experience, and I always drove home HAPPY in my new Jeep. Oh

Willie Racine's Made it Right!
I've purchased three vehicles from Willie
Racine's Jeep (two used and one new). I have always loved the Jeep
brand because of it's reliability and versitility. In 2007 I purchased a
new Patriot right off the assembly line. I was excited with the new
design and the promised savings in fuel economy, but after about 30,000
miles the car I loved started having mechanical problems. I loved my
Patriot and I still think the Patriot is a great vehicle and have 3
friends with newer models who love their Jeeps, I just think I got a bad
one (just my luck that with the massive amounts of vehicles coming off
the assembly line I get the problem child). When the Patriot failed
inspection again for the second year in a row I returned to the
dealership to discuss my options. I fully expected the dealership to
tell me that I was stuck with my busted up Patriot, but when I explained
the situation to the folks at Willie Racine's they were super helpful
in getting me into a more reliable vehicle that better fits my needs.
Many of my friends are surprised that I purchased another Jeep from
Willie Racine's after the experience with the Patriot, but after the way
the dealership handled everything I truly believe that they would never
intentionally sell an inferior product and I would recommend the
Patriot to anyone who was looking, into that type of economy vehicle
